Since 1968, INNERGY has established itself as a reference in the design and supply of industrial thermal oil boilers under the ERATIC brand. Since then, we have been uninterruptedly dedicated to the design, manufacturing, commissioning and maintenance of industrial thermal oil boilers capable of generating powers ranging from 116 kW to 40 MW, with high performance and the most advanced safety systems.
Thermal oil as a fluid for boilers is one of the most demanded models due to the advantages it presents. Among them, it is worth highlighting its great energy savings and the low cost of maintenance required.
ERATIC industrial boilers are made up of carbon steel helical coils, which create smoke passages between them. The convection and radiation coils are in series, which guarantees that the entire flow passes first through the convection zones and then through the radiation zones, thus ensuring temperature uniformity at the outlet of the collector.
An insulating layer of mineral wool covered with metal sheet is mounted between the internal and external walls, shaped in such a way that the perfect airtightness of the assembly is guaranteed and a temperature in the envelope is ensured that does not exceed the ambient temperature by 20º.
The design of the boiler guarantees that in no case will the maximum mass and film temperatures be higher than the maximum permissible of the thermal carrier liquid used.
The boiler has large cleaning registers that are easy to access and open. The front part of the boiler is a fully opening hinged door.
