Our extensive experience provides us with the knowledge necessary for the development of complete heat generation and application solutions with an industrial biomass boiler through the use of hot/superheated water as a means of transmitting heat to the different applications and processes of the project.

The industrial boilers of hot water/superheated with biomass are distinguished by two fundamental features. Firstly, they use biomass or waste as fuel for heat generation, avoiding the use of traditional fossil fuels, which are highly polluting and of greater cost. Secondly, this type of industrial boiler differs from other industrial biomass boilers in the use of hot or superheated water as a heat transfer medium or heat transmitter, instead of steam or thermal oil.

Within the set of heat solution developed by INNERGY there are certain systems and solutions that are worth stopping to take a look at in order to build a more detailed view of the benefits and characteristics of the equipment offered to the market.

  • Body Design of the hot or superheated water industrial boiler with biomass Monoblock.
  • Automatic fuel transportation system. This system of transporting the biomass to the industrial boiler allows the fully automated operation of the installation, as well as enabling greater savings in terms of human resources and time.
  • Combustion furnace, mobile grate and ash extraction system manufacturing in our workshops. INNERGY has more than 30,000m2 of surface dedicated to the production of the equipment required in the installation of generation and application of heat. In this way we can guarantee the maximum quality, durability and robustness of all the elements and equipment of the set.
  • Industrial hot water boiler and industrial water boiler overheated with biomass, available in various types of configurations. INNERGY has a technical department capable of developing different configurations for each of the industrial boilers, both hot/superheated water, and thermal oil and steam.
  • Automatic cleaning system. This cleaning system for industrial boilers is tailored to the needs of the client. All the industrial boilers designed and manufactured at INNERGY have the possibility of including the automatic cleaning system, ideal for performing a constant maintenance of the industrial boiler and extending its lifespan.

Moreover, at INNERGY we take care of supplying of all the necessary equipment for the perfect operation of the solution in an integral way, designing and manufacturing everything necessary from the industrial boiler to the railings, passing through structures, platforms, combustion chambers, pipe assemblies, etc.

We offer the possibility of completing your plant with PLC, SCADA or other industrial software.

INNERGY has a team of programmers, experts in the field of industrial software, they are responsible for custom programming each system according to the particular requirements and needs. Based on a functional analysis of the plant, and based on the demands, we proceed to the installation of the HMI, PLC or SCADA, etc., systems through which you can control and operate with a large number of parameters, key for the proper functioning of plant.

In addition, it will have the possibility of installing alarm systems, email notifications, remote access via smartphone and generation of historical and graphics among other things.
